OCEAN Town, MD — The Phillips family, which owns Phillips Seafood, will shut its resort on the Ocean Metropolis Boardwalk. The loved ones introduced the selection Friday evening.
The inn, named the “Seashore Plaza Lodge,” opened in 1967. It was located at the corner of 13th Avenue and Washington Lane. The hotel was recognized for its waterside porch with an abundance of rocking chairs.
