Sarasota County to push ahead with critique of hotel proposals on Siesta Key

SIESTA Important — Three developers want to essentially alter lengthy held intensity and density specifications on Siesta Crucial for their future hotel projects. Two want to drastically alter top needs on the barrier island. 

On Tuesday, Sarasota County Commissioners accredited the initial phase of the process to probably make that a reality by approving what’s named an “out of cycle” review of the in depth program, the county’s lengthy-array advancement map.
