Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo Embark on Vacation of a Life time

Bridesmaids co-writers Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo have reunited as quirky friends embarking on the vacation of a life span in Lionsgate’s Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar.

The newest trailer for the comedy has a spooky starting, opening with a dark, purple sky looming above an ominous-hunting tree, adopted by a shut-up shot of an individual riding a bicycle.

As Wiig’s Star, small for Starbara, sneaks into her house, she finds Mumolo’s Barb flicking the lamp on and off.

“What are you undertaking?” Star asks.

“Oh, I was just actively playing with this lamp,” Barb, just “plain previous Barb” replies, lightening the mood.

Set to Madonna’s hit song “Holiday,” the relaxation of the trailer shows Barb and Star hanging out with friends around a dinner of incredibly hot doggy soup, acquiring their portraits painted and searching around Vista Del Mar.

It’s distinct that the quirky pair of lifelong good friends are a little bit weird, particularly when Star exhibits off her new mobile phone scenario.

“Wait, we really don’t have cell telephones,” Barb claims.

“I know, I’m gonna take it property and glue it to our landline” Star explanations.

The trailer finishes on Barb and Star meeting a fellow vacationer — performed by Jamie Dornan, clad in a floral-print Hawaiian shirt — at the resort bar.

When Dornan reveals he’s being in home 611, Star chimes in.

“Barb, oh my gosh, he’s in 611?” Star exclaims, making an attempt to get Dornan’s focus.

“611?” Barb suggests. “We’re in 124!”

The movie also stars Damon Wayans Jr., Fortune Feimster, Wendi McLeandon-Covey, Rose Abdoo, Vanessa Bayer, Phyllis Smith and Kwame Patterson. Directed by Josh Greenbaum, the film is producerd by Wiig, Mumolo, Adam McKay, Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum and Margot Hand.

Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar will be readily available via quality movie on demand from customers on Feb. 12.
